Public Skating
Public Skating is a fun activity for the whole family to enjoy. Don’t have your own skates? That’s okay, we have a wide variety of sizes in both hockey and figure skates available for rent!  In general, public skating is available from late October through early March, and for five weeks during July and August.  Ask about our Punch Cards and save big bucks!  Please click here for the current calendar of public activities.

• Children (12 and under) and Seniors	$5

Open Stick:
Come and practice stick-handling, passing and shooting on goal. Helmets and gloves required (face masks are required for those under the age of 18). Bring your own pucks.  Please click here for the full Open-Stick Schedule. $8 per person.  Space is limited (maximum participants 36 players, 4 goalies)- first come, first serve.

Open Freestyle:
Open Freestyle is ice time dedicated to the more advanced figure skater.  Come and practice your figure skating skills with or without your coach during this period.  Sessions are $10 per hour for skaters and $3 for coaches.  Please click here for the full Open Freestyle schedule.

Open Adult Hockey:
Pick-up Hockey games schedule for men and women ages 18 and over.  Put together a group of your friends, bring your gear and come on down.  Full gear required.  Good conduct rules... no refs will be on the ice, anyone asked to leave for any reason will not be allowed to participate in the future.  Goalies are FREE!  $10 per person.  Maximum participants 40 players, 4 goalies.   5-pack punch cards available at $35 each! (a saving of $15!)

Forum Adult Hockey League:
Open to ages 18 and up. B & C level players welcome! Favorable ice times. Non-checking Recreation League. Full equipment required.  USA Hockey registration required.  Winter League will begin October 29th, 2008.

Skating & Bumper Cars on Ice Birthday Parties:
Looking for the "coolest" place to host your child's next birthday party?  The Lake George Forum is the place to be!  We now offer three birthday packages, the Blades package (skating only), the Bumpers package (Bumper Cars on Ice only) or the Ultimate Blades & Bumpers package!  For more information on these parties click here or to book your party please call the Lake George Forum at 518-668-2200. Pro Shop:

Our Pro Shop is open throughout the summer and winter ice season.  We offer all the basics needed for the hockey player and figure skater.  Skate sharpening is available.  Call 518-668-2200 for more information regarding our services and hours. 

Ice Rental:
The Lake George Forum rents ice for private events, hockey games, practices, exhibitions and competitions.  Rates are $160/hour during the winter and $170/hour during the summer.  Contact the Forum's office at 518-668-2200 for rates and available time slots. (click to email)
